I’m just crazy about Cheapass Games. To be perfectly honest, they’re not as cheap as they used to be, when they basically supplied the rules and a “board” (folded-up sheet of paper) and you provided your own dice, tokens, spinners, etc.
But they’re still fun, and so imaginative. There are titles like Give Me the Brain, in which a crew of fast-food worker/zombies share a single brain (and frequently drop it on the floor.) Or Unexploded Cow, in which you and your friends discover that two problems — mad cows in England and unexploded bombs in France — have a common solution. Or Devil Bunny Needs a Ham, which I guess is self-explanatory.
So even though Cheapass Games are a little more expensive than they used to be, they’re still a good buy. And the production values are much, much better.
